This +2 came from Canada in pieces, and was lovingly reassembled for a 16 year old high school son.  This car has been a daily driver for over two years and made the drive to LOG 25 in St. Louis.

This mechanic believes that having anything less than 4 ground up restorations going at any one time is a clear indication of a lack of commitment to the love of Lotus (and Austin, and Mini Cooper, and  Locost, and ...)

This Lotus Enthusiast garage is also full of other little tiny British cars, including Austin Minis, Mini Panel Vans and a Morris 100 Pickup Truck.  The purple mini has been modified for racing, the green panel van is now blue, the red mini van has been sold, the morris truck is in the process of a ground up restoration, and that pile of parts will turn into a LOCOST.  The green  turned blue mini panel van is ALMOST complete, look for it on the road this summer! Thank goodness for the internet and ebay and all the auto parts stores in the UK that are willing to mail parts to Iowa! How many people CAN you get into a mini?
